Children's Carnival

2010 in Fælledparken the 21st, 22nd and 23rd of May.

























Copenhagen Carnival's Children’s Carnival during the hollidays of Pentecost is one of the key events of the year for children and adults alike.

3 days of free events and activities: Friday from 14.00 to 18.00 and Saturday/Sunday from 11.00 to 18.00.

There will be a large children’s area at carnival site in Fælledparken with room for fun and games, and plenty of space to roam and play. In the children’s area there will be a big circus tent with a stage called ‘Kids’, where anyone can join the performers on stage, and participate in the music, dancing and entertainment.

Big carnival parade for children Friday 21st of May from 14.00 to 15.00. The parade begins at the corner of Universitetsparken and Edel Sauntes Allé (formerly called Borgmester Jensens Allé) just by the ice cream kiosk. The parade heads towards the children’s area and the Kids-stage. All children, their childcare centers and their parents are welcome to participate.

In addition, there are workshops, a funfair, plenty of food stalls, plenty of room for prams and pushchairs, and easy access to toilets.

Carneval: Hair & makeup for children.

Workshop: Arts & masks.

Children’s theater.

Streamer dancing & face paint workshops.
